GMS Fixes Scheduled to be completed Week Commencing 18th November


The latest GMS Release notes are available below, highlighting key updates that address required fixes to known issues identified since the last release. This release is scheduled to be completed w/c 18th November. Users will be notified within GMS prior to the release taking place and upon completion.


Team Management Module:

-        Fix to enable multiple bulk upload templates to be entered in one action

-        Fix to enable the deletion of draft fixtures regardless of match date

-        Fix to enable change of status of fixture when requesting a fixture, issue affecting small number of users

-        Fix to allocation of coaches and team managers to Teams


People Module:

-        Fix to add relationship page that was showing an error when a relationship was added

-        Fix to remove registration activities box

-        Fix to remove permission level when golden role is removed

-        Fix to merge process to ensure transition of most up to date fields moved to master record

-        Fix to ensure qualifications grid to show awarded qualifications correctly when course completed

-        Fix to remove error message displayed when attempting to sort by email verification status


Event Management Module:

-        Fix to ensure multiple tickets can be purchased for club events


Organisation Admin Module:

-        Fix to the dashboard to ensure stats pull through data correctly from the organisations users grid


Mobile Browsers:

-        Update to usability of GMS on mobile device to correctly show menu items

-        Removal of duplicated icons on mobile
